Refund policy

Legally, you have a period of seven working days from the date of delivery to cancel your purchase if you wish, in accordance with distance selling regulations. However, EGOR HERBAL grants you a period of 15 days. You may return the purchased items within 15 days of the delivery date, cancel the sale, and obtain a refund.

Please return unopened products, clearly indicating your order number and the reason for the cancellation. Once we have received the returned items, we will refund the purchase price.

All initial shipping and packaging costs are the responsibility of the customer, as are the return shipping costs.

Please note that return shipping costs are at your expense unless we delivered the wrong item or the product is damaged or defective, in which case the return shipping costs will be covered by EGOR HERBAL. Please take all necessary precautions when packaging and returning the parcel to avoid any damage during transport. It is recommended to use a carrier that offers tracking and insurance.
